AM CONSTRUCTIONS was founded in 2003 by Aggelos D. Bairaklilis, Civil Engineer. We deal with all kind of building and electromechanical projects and we undertake to study, design, construct and complete your own construction.

Philosophy - Purposes:

Our purpose is to achieve the most optimal possible quality in combination with the minimal possible cost, factors which interact and are interdepended, in each construction which we materialize. On the part of technical work, the achievement of this purpose is particularly important as the improper choices lead almost unswervingly to decrement of quality and inflation of total cost, as they result damages, malfunctions, a posteriori recognitions of faults and consequently need of frequent replacement and maintainance of installations. On the contrary, the separate confrontation of each project as a unique entity having its particular characteristics and requirements, in combination with the essential choices of subcontractors and materials, gives us the capability to achieve the best result.
